2.35. Check of system of impoverishment of fuel-air mix at the movement by a setup

The system of impoverishment of fuel-air mix at the movement by a setup is installed on models with the mechanical transmission. It is intended for supply of additional air in an inlet collector at delay that leads to reduction of content of harmful hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxide in the fulfilled gases.
Launch the engine and warm up it up to the normal working temperature. Stop the engine and remove the air filter.

Disconnect the contact socket of system of impoverishment of fuel-air mix at the movement by a setup. Connect the voltmeter to contact "In" the socket and "weight" (fig. 2.25).
Launch the engine. Increase the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine up to 3000 min.-1, then sharply release a pedal of an accelerator and watch indications of the voltmeter. With a frequency of rotation more than 2100+100 min.-1 tension should not be registered, below this frequency the voltmeter has to show tension 12 V. Ostanovita the engine and disconnect the voltmeter.

Check operation of the valve of impoverishment of fuel-air mix at the movement by a setup, having given tension of the rechargeable battery, as shown in fig. 2.26. When giving tension the click has to be heard.

Check the idling switch as follows. Launch the engine and connect the voltmeter to the socket, as shown in fig. 2.27. During the operation of the engine idling tension should not be registered. Increase the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine and check that with a frequency more than 1200-1300 min.-1 of the indication of the voltmeter there were 12 Century. In case of need turn the adjusting screw of the switch until the correct indications are received.
Stop the engine, disconnect the voltmeter and install the air filter.
